The Empire Kitchen & Bath team is close-knit yet incredibly welcoming, with many members having been with us for over a decade — and some even for more than two.

Our culture is built on collaboration, working in an open-concept office that encourages easy communication and teamwork. Everyone, from accounting to production, contributes their ideas and expertise to make each project a success. We believe in the power of diverse input and everyone having a voice. Outside of work, our team enjoys coming together for fun team-building events, from potlucks and BBQs to friendly rounds at LaunchPad.
