Cabinet & Part Assembly – Shop Position

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable shop team member to join our crew! If you take pride in quality work, enjoy hands-on projects, and want to be part of a stable company with long-term employees, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manufacture cabinetry doors, drawer fronts and cabinetry parts
• Assemble cabinets, including drawer slides, and door hinges with care and precision
• Operate woodworking machines (sliding saw, miter saw, doweling machine, case clamp, edgebander)
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Occasional on-site service work

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to read floor plans and shop drawings
• Experience in woodworking and cabinet assembly
• Attention to detail including ability to select correct materials and check for quality

• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with communication skills
• Must supply own hand tools
